Sizzle & Smoked BBQ
Ingredients:
Meat (chicken, beef, or mutton) – 750g, Cooking oil, Lemon Juice – 1/2 cup, BIO BARBECUE Masala – 45g
Instructions:
(1) Mix Bio BARBECUE Masala in Lemon Juice. Add some water if required to make a paste.
(2) Apply this paste on meat properly. Incorporate some deep cuts on meat using knife and introduce the paste in these deep areas. Now leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.
(3) Sew meat onto skewers and place on BBQ grill on very low flame.
(4) Apply oil using a brush onto the meat and keep rotating the skewers until the meat is tender.

گوشت (چکن، گائے کا گوشت، یا مٹن) – 750 گرام، کھانے کا تیل، لیموں کا رس- ایک کپ، بائیو تکہ بوٹی مصالحہ – 45 گرام
:ہدایات
لیموں کے رس میں بائیو تکہ بوٹی مصالحہ ملائیں۔ پیسٹ بنانے کے لیے اگر ضرورت ہو تو تھوڑا سا پانی ڈالیں۔
اس پیسٹ کو گوشت پر اچھی طرح لگائیں۔ چاقو کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے گوشت پر کچھ گہرے کٹ شامل کریں اور ان گہرے علاقوں میں بھی پیسٹ لگائیں۔ اب 3-4 گھنٹے میرینیٹ کرنے کے لیے چھوڑ دیں۔
اب گوشت کو سیخوں پر پروئیں اور باربی کیو گرل پر بہت ہلکی آنچ پر رکھیں
گوشت پر برش کا استعمال کرتے ہوئے تیل لگائیں اور سیخوں کو اس وقت تک گھماتے رہیں جب تک کہ گوشت نرم نہ ہو جائے۔
