I was always wondering that if the price of daal channa is high then how can be basen cheaper and especially in Ramazan? More importantly the local market basen always produce hard pakora and strange taste. Then one baker told me that he always use basen from BIO Products and then i tried and the results were awesome. It is bit expensive but real flour of daal chana. I tried pakora from this and very soft that speaks volume about its purity. Strongly recommended.
