c. By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with our Company.

2. Orders and Payment:

a. To place an order, you must add the desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be required to provide accurate and up-to-date information for the order and payment process.

b. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

c. Prices for our products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are principally in PKR and do not include shipping and handling fees, which will be added to your total order cost.

d. We offer both Advance Payment and Cash on Delivery. However, a partial payment for the orders of baked products must be made at the time of purchase.

e. The International order is processed only after the international customer makes 100% advance payment. Customers within Pakistan can place the order online with Cash on Delivery for up to PKR 10,000. Orders above PKR 10,000 will be required to make an advance payment. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated on our website.

f. If we get no confirmation from the customer, the order might be canceled without any notification.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

a. We ship our products to virtually to all locations across the globe. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

b. We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are subject to change.

c. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. It is your responsibility to track your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.
