Pre Sale Questions

Our clients can make the payment either through their debit/credit card or they can opt for Cash on Delivery.

After the order is placed on our website, our customers will be receiving a confirmation SMS/Email or a call from our respective team, along with their order details and order number.

All payments are carried out through a payment secure gateway.

Raw products take 2-3 working days to be delivered, depending on your locality within Pakistan. However, international orders can take some more time.

Baked products require extra processing time which is available below their respective descriptions on their respective pages.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
