Ingredients:
Meat (chicken, beef, or mutton) – 750g, Cooking oil, Onion – 01, Tomatoes – 02, Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp, Yogurt – 1 cup, BIO QUORMA Masala – 45g.
Instructions:
In oil fry onion till golden brown over medium heat. Take it out, spread on paper to drain excess oil and crush it. In the same oil fry meat, add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, sauté it and then add yogurt along with BIO QUORMA Masala. Stir well to combine. Add water—1 cup if using chicken, or 2-3 cups for beef or mutton. Cover it and cook at low flame till meat is tender. Add crushed onion, cover it and let it simmer till oil separates from the gravy.
Garnish with fresh coriander and ginger.
